We aim to ensure your order is processed and delivered in a timely and reliable manner.
Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. All items are shipped via USPS and adhear to USPS guidelines. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 5 to 11 business days, with a maximum delivery time of 14 days.
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping is offered at a flat rate of $10. Complimentary shipping is available on all orders over $500 (before tax).
You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear or damage.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
