In order to ensure our products are authentic we REQUIRE all designer handbags (including wallets and pouches) such as Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci & Bottega Veneta are accompanied by proof of purchase at the time of consignment.

• Authenticity cards and serial numbers are not accepted as a form of authentication because they are easily replicated.
• If you no longer have your receipt you can normally call your place of purchase and ask to have our receipt reprinted. If this is not an option you may obtain a Certificate of Authentication from authenticatefirst.com. Do the legwork yourself or have us do it for a $25 fee per piece. Hermes bags have a $60 authentication fee.
• Do your research online and bring that information with you. We use notable resale sites to find the current market value of items and have the final say on pricing.
