Return Policy
Handbags, jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE. We provide multiple current images of each item and have done our best to represent them accurately. We are a re-sale shop so these items are gently used and are in the condition represented in the photos. Therefore, the sale of jewelry and handbags are AS IS and as represented on the website.
We do allow returns for fit reasons for items that need to be tried on, like clothing or shoes. Please let us know within 24 hours of receipt if you intend to return the item, please email Denver@shopcommonthreads.com. Items must then be shipped to us within 7 days to receive a refund. We utilize the tracking of shipments to verify when packages have been delivered so delivery date will be used when determining return eligibility. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
