2026 Fashion Sewing for Teens and Tweens - (Jan - May) Tuesdays
This is the school-day version of our popular summer camp. Students ages 12-17 learn the ins and outs of working with a commercial pattern and how to put their garment together from start to finish. Everyone learns pattern reading, advanced sewing techniques and how to get a good fit. Perfect for the budding designer or the stitcher looking for a new challenge. Infinite design possibilities and new patterns every session, so repeat students are welcome.
The classes will continue to have a max. of 6 students.

All tools needed are included in the class fee. MATERIALS are NOT included, a list will be sent out prior to the beginning of class.
Classes are held at Common Threads, 2707 Spruce Street, Boulder 80302, 4:15pm-6:15pm on Tuesdays
Session 1: January 20 - March 10 (no classes on 2/17) - 7 weeks
Session 2: March 24 - May 12 - 8 weeks
We follow the BVSD calendar for school days off and guidelines for severe weather closures. If we have to cancel class due to weather, we will make every effort to offer a makeup class.
For Leather, Suede and calfskin goods, bags and Clothing - Avoid excessive contact with water, oils, perfumes or cosmetics. If your item gets wet, remove excess moisture by dabbing with a soft cloth and let dry at room temperature. Always follow care instructions on the label.

All handbags and jewelry are final sale. For clothing and shoe purchases you have 7 days from delivery to ship back a return. We utilize the tracking of shipments to verify when packages have been delivered so delivery date will be used when determining return eligibility.
