    HOSPICE OF BOULDER & LONGMONT

    Hospiceis dedicated to providing individualized palliative care with services specially tailored to the needs of patients and their families who are dealing with a life limiting illness. Hospice provides a coordinated team of doctors, nurses, social workers, bereavement support, spiritual counselors, home health aides, and volunteers. The primary focus is to provide care in the person’s home or extended care facility.
